It’s More than Just the Theme parks!

 
 
 

The Problem

Orlando has a lot! Trust me I know, I’m a local Orlandoean. It’s just all that good is shrouded by the theme parks. Orlando has unique food places, parks, events, and things to do and discover. Come on people, it’s more than just the theme parks!


The Solution

Research and experience Orlando, and with that knowledge create a blog that focuses on the unique creative sides of Orlando. Then brand it to stand out and make it feel unique.

The Process

To accomplish this, I needed to ask around on what Orlando has to offer. So I asked 100+ friends, strangers, and family on what makes Orlando great. Next, I visited, tried, and took photos of every recommendation. The last step was to create the vlog and brand it.

 
 

The Logo

The final logotype consists of a headline font that conveys the idea of importance. The entire logo design was made to represent what I like to call “The Iceberg Effect.” The line across the top represents the horizon line. Above the horizon line represents the part of the iceberg that we can see and know it exists, AKA the theme parks. And everything below the horizon line represents the part of the iceberg that is underwater and hidden, AKA the part of Orlando no one knows about. The part I will bring into light with the blog.
